Beautiful Background - 500px New Tab
It's been some time since my last post and the sale of Custom Google Background back in April. So I bring news of my latest chrome extension, Beautiful Background. As an amateur photographer I enjoy browsing the brilliant images from some of the worlds best photographers on 500px.com. I was finding myself with limited time to do alongside my work and other projects. So I have developed a new chrome extension to display fresh images from 500px on my Chrome New Tab Page. I linked this extension to the 500px API to allow me to sign in and like and favourite images directly from the new tab page before heading onward with whatever I was doing.
It's suiting my current lifestyle perfectly, but as always, if you have any suggestions for improvements feel free to contact me!
